Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order as well as your shipping location.

Freight on larger items, will be quoted upon inquiry and invoiced separately.

We use a variety of different freight companies depending on the size and nature of the item being shipped, for this reason we are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

When your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email which will include your tracking information.

All parcels require a signature on delivery unless requested otherwhise.
When an authority to leave is requested by you at checkout, you aknowledge that Marie will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel.

Can I return my prints/frames?

According to the Terms of Use (and Dutch Law): “After purchasing products the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons during 14 days. The cooling off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product or a pre-designated representative by the consumer made known to the entrepreneur.

However, there’s an exception to this (Section 15, Terms of Service): “The entrepreneur can exclude the right of withdrawal of the consumer for products which are established by the entrepreneur according to specifications of the consumer and for products that are clearly personal in nature”. 

Please note: “This only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly mentioned this at least in time before the conclusion of the agreement”.

Therefore, all custom-made products (prints & framed prints) can not be returned.
